Mindfulness & More offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and nourish your inner life through simple yet meaningful contemplative practices that help calm the nervous system and restore a sense of balance. Through gentle movement, guided and silent meditation, mindful breathing, poetry, and shared presence, we cultivate compassion, connection, and resilience from the inside out.

You’re warmly invited to stay afterward for tea, conversation, and community, where we can simply enjoy one another’s company in a spirit of community and kinship.  

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion if you have one - chairs, back jacks, and blankets are also provided.

Having taught together for several years, our teachers, Lucy OBrien and Tracy Johansson, create a welcoming and grounded space for all.  Whether you're brand new to meditation or have a long-standing practice, you belong here. 

We meet in the lower-level space at Kin Commons, 2101 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93105. The parking lot entrance is on State Street with the closest cross street being East Padre St.
